Important Payment Information
We have a new online dues process.
Please download the ISAQR app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
- You log in by scanning the back of your UA card OR entering your QR# found on the back of your UA card on the very bottom. (QR numbers change whenever a member gets a new UA card.)
- Tap the menu (3 little lines on the top left of your screen).
- Tap ‘Dues’ (your current paid thru date will display)
- Tap ‘Pay Dues’ and enter your password.
- Your password is your UA card# found on the front of your card followed by the last 4 digits of your SS#. (no spaces – just a long number).
After entering your information, please wait to be redirected to your receipt in order for your payment to process properly.

Our software is date driven and the suspensions and expulsions will happen automatically through the UA’s office on the 1st business day of every month. Therefore, if you are behind in your monthly dues obligation, be aware that dues payments cannot be accepted after 5pm on the last business day of the 3rd month for suspensions or the 6th month for expulsions.
Check or money order payments may be brought or mailed to the hall. After hours, they can be put in the mail slot to the left of the front door. If you wish to use a credit/debit card to pay, you must download the smart phone app. App payments are immediate.
The hall sends text reminders when you are in your 3rd month of arrears. Please make sure that we have a valid cell phone number on file. If you are unable to receive these text messages, please text EZWUV50929 to 797979 to opt in.
